Our "No Questions Asked" Return and Exchange Policy for all products listed in our online catalog ensures your complete satisfaction.
If you decide you don't like the item(s) ordered from our online catalog, simply cover the cost of return shipping. Providing, the returned merchandise has not been installed, is returned complete and un-damaged we will process a credit for the returned item(s). We do not refund shipping to or from you.
In the event a merchandise return is received after 30 days from the ship date we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20%. Returns and exchanges may be refused if received after 30 days from the ship date.
Certain special orders conducted by phone for merchandise not offered in our online catalog may require either a higher re-stocking fee or be non-returnable, such special conditions will be disclosed at the time of quote or sale.
How to return merchandise
We will include a RETURN FORM with each order. Simply follow the instructions, enclose a copy of the invoice that came with the order and return the parts to us.

If you should receive incorrect or damaged item(s), please call customer service at 866-497-7281 to arrange for pre-paid return shipping on the item(s) and processing of either a refund or replacement.

NOTE: Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order (even when some items are backordered). You can cancel a backorder at any time (prior to when they are actually shipped), and you will be refunded in full any amount that had been previously billed for the item(s) backordered. When backorders are shipped, no additional shipping or other charges are charged. Overseas shipments are always shipped complete.

Sales Tax on Order / Exempt Customers
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to locations within Gerogia. Sales tax is calculated on the merchandise and handling charge total. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states. However, you may be responsible for paying a sales/use tax to your state and/or local taxing authority on orders shipped to you in your state.
If you live in Georgia and have a resale certificate, you can fax a completed copy of the Georgia Resale and Sales Tax Exemption form to us at 770-573-7984 and we will refund the sales tax charged. Until we can automate this, you will need to do contact us on each order so we can process the refund.

Pictorial and typographical errors are subject to correction when orders are placed.
